    • Encouraged students to read fictions
    • Mandatory actions were taken to encourage reading skills through maximum use of school and public libraries with prior permission
    • inspired them to be more creative and expressive
  • Difficulties Faces/ How you managed the situation?: 
  • lack of  time to cover the assigned portions. I tried to adequately arrange my portions so as to meet my needs.
  • Areas that require further improvement :
    • voice modulation
  • Self Reflection and Rating:
    • Followed lesson plan and used teaching aids effectively.
    • good use of activities in classroom so as to create an interesting atmosphere.
    • encouraged creative activities in class: poetry writing, poster making, dialogue writing etc
